In order to inspect showrooms or auto dealerships, our mystery shoppers must be familiar with that particular type of car, with the brand or with one of the brand’s competitor. This is why we keep a record of the type of car each of our shoppers has.

The mystery motorist inspections rate the structure and its facilities, the staff’s knowledge and the adherence of the offers to the company’s policies. Inspections include estimates and other information offered to clients. We can carry out inspections with simulated damage through dealership networks we work with across the whole country.

Inspections in Service Stations

The inspections in service stations are similar to other types of inspections. The gas station area is similar to the world of retailing, the auto service part resembles to showrooms and the shops are very much alike department stores. Thus, service stations can only be inspected by those with experience in these three sectors.
