Trend: Customer Generated Content... is on its way

All over the news, companies have been announcing for months that they would take into account the client’s advice... and now they started to do just that:
Google includes reviews in its own adwords (we spend, they comment and destroy). CUGE (Customer Generated Evaluation), an important portal of ratings and reviews, is launched. Dozens of websites with advice (especially advice for not making certain purchases) are created, like the blog Hotels Uptake, which lists the worst hotels in America according to user reviews. 
Major brands are preparing themselves with internal task forces in order to find out what customers think. Utility doubles: on the one hand they understand where improvements must be made in their companies and in those of their competitors and on the other hand they avoid “commercial disasters”.
